Learning the Industry at General Motors
As a Marketing Support Social Media Relationship Specialist, I proactively engaged potential customers online and connected them with their local dealerships to begin the sales process. I scheduled over 160 test drives, resulting in over $300K in vehicle sales.
I also acted as a liaison between customers and dealers, helping resolve vehicle concerns and offering goodwill where possible.
During this time, I collaborated with GM’s agency partners (including FleishmanHillard and Leo Burnett) to support major national marketing activations and events. These included campaigns like Chevrolet’s #BestDayEver and Buick’s 2016 Super Bowl ad campaign.
